Why should I share a discount?
By sharing a discount, you encourage other users to share a discount. So everyone can save money! On top of that, you also stand a chance to win great prizes & giveaways.

I want to share, but where to find a discount?
To find a discount, here are several ways you can find a great discount: -

• Warehouse sales:
  Typically you will get noticed of a warehouse sale near your area from banners along the roadside which easily spotted while driving in your area, just take down what is the sales about, where and when and share it to your friends
• Online sales:
  Online websites are having sales from time to time; many also giving away coupon codes for a specific discount. You can find these discounts from their newsletter, website, blog, forum and many more. Google, Yahoo or Bing search engines may help you to spot the discounts you are looking for and share it to your friends
• Grocery sales:
  Hypermarkets like Giant, Tesco, Carrefour always compete with each others on certain product by advertising heavily in the newspaper. If you have spotted a specific product item with a discounted price which is too good to be true, just share it to your friends

How to share a discount?
Use the form on Share A Discount page to submit a discount, coupon code or shopping tip. Indicate in detail What, When & Where of the discount, for e.g.: -
What: Sports warehouse sales, brands offered: Adidas, Umbro, Admiral, Lotto

How to earn points?
As a user, you will earn points by giving your vote or posting a comment to a discount.

• You earn +1 point when you vote for a discount (no matter "Yes" or "No").
• You earn +1 point when you post a comment on a discount.
• To avoid cheating, a daily capped of 10 points applied to all users. You may vote or comment as many as you like, but only 10 of them will be counted.

As a contributor, you may share your discount by using the features available from detail page of a discount. The features allow you to "Tell A Friend" by sending him/her an email, "Share on Facebook", "Tweet this" and etc.

• You earn +1 point when some one voted on your discount; and additional +1 point when the vote is "Yes"
• You earn +1 point when some one post a comment on your shared discount.
